You choose who sees you
Only people you invite into your group can see your location. You can pause sharing or leave a group at any time.
No adverts, no selling
Arrivo has no adverts on any plan, and we never sell your location or personal data.
Protected and encrypted
Location data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with strict limits on who at Arrivo can access it.
Private notes stay private
Notes marked "Only me" are never shown to anyone else, including group admins.
History you control
History is kept for 2, 7 or 30 days depending on your plan, then deleted. Download or delete your data any time.
Following Singapore law
We follow Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Questions
Who can see my location?
Only the members of the groups you've joined, and anyone you choose to share with for a while. You can see who can see you in Settings → Location sharing.
Does Arrivo sell my data?
No. We don't sell location or personal data, and we don't show adverts.
Why does Arrivo need "Always" location?
So your family still sees you after you close the app, and so arrival alerts and SOS work when your phone is in your pocket. You can pause sharing any time.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. Settings → Location sharing & privacy → Delete my account removes your account and history.
